Health and Safety is an integral part of our business and we are committed to eradicating the incidence of accidents by continuous development, monitoring and training. We have a number of processes in place to deliver our health and safety objectives and control health and safety risks.

We collaborate with our clients to ensure we provide an operation that is in line with industry best practice and is as safe as we can possibly make it. Our reputation with clients, regulators and our own employees has over the years improved due to our zero tolerance approach to health and safety.

To maintain high standards, all managers and members of staff undergo regular heath and safety courses and all of our operatives are CSCS accredited and, in addition, all of our plant operators are CPCS accredited. Our capable managerial and supervisory staff have specific responsibilities and are empowered to prepare safety plans identifying hazards. They deploy achievable safe methods/systems of work to eliminate or reduce the potential harm to others.

Our quality policy includes the need for training our workforce. Appropriate training of our employees will improve their performance and thus improve the quality and efficiency in carrying out our contracts.
